What just happened?

OK...me and Chris are far from perfect, BUT we have always been very {how should I say it} responsible when it comes to the green stuff...you know "stacks"...ok, in case you're not following my gangsta lingo...MONEY. We do not make frivalous purchases...always have a plan...usually it takes us months if not years to decide on buying something. For example, I lived in my first home for 2 years before curtains were hung because we were ademant on putting money in saving and retirement accounts. My sweet hubby is anal about Microsoft money and trust me...I have tried to sneak a bottle of nail polish in at Target without it going in the "Sara Spending" category...it will never happen. So...I am not sure what happened! It started as a innocent trip to Lowes to price closet storage systems. We simply wanted to add more wire shelving to our master closet and the closet in the kids' playroom. But...something came over us and we ended up doing this...I know you are thinking it...because we were. A COMPLETE DISASTER!
Listen...it was cheap! We only had to feed her Doritos!
AHHHH...I LOVE BEING ORGANIZED!
OK peeps...it is not like this purchase is going to break us or anything. It just was not planned. It was something selfish...only for us! Something that we have never indulged in without a careful plan/timetable. So, while I am sure Dave Ramsey would not have approved of this purchase...everytime I walk in my newly organzied closet... I SMILE A BIG SMILE! Why am I sharing...because every now and then I encourage you to step out of your box whatever it may be. Do something completely out of your comfort zone even if it is selfish. Because sometimes...you just deserve it!

You can certainly outsource your work. We can all buy plenty of Doritos! The closet looks great! I am anxious to see it. Such beautiful grandchildren. I know I am very prejudice but I have every right to be.
Love you Kids!!!
