Many prayers went up to heaven for this little one and God answered them all! They had a little scare this morning with his heart rate dropping as they were prepping Aimee for the C-section, so Jake could not be present and Aimee was completely put under. Jake said he was a little freaked out as he saw NICU nurses and doctors running about...but about 3 minutes later he heard the first cry of his baby boy. I just knew our little All-Star would find some way to make a grand entrance. Both families are unbelievably excited and are hogging the phone lines as we talk about everything that is perfect about him! Thank you all for thinking of us and saying many prayers! We serve a big God and are so blessed to be entrusted with such amazing gifts!

He is a cutie pie! I love that dark hair. He looks like a future Red Sox. Please give him a little kiss for us back here in SC. I'll share the pictures with Mamaw and Papaw tomorrow. Thank you God for answering our prayers for this little guy and his parents.

Prayers were certainly answered. Thank goodness Easton finally made his appearance. Aimee and Jake he is perfect! What a slugger. I am so happy all is well. Congrats to your new family!!! Best wishes kids!!!
